3. Plans and Billing

Membership and one-time plans are sold through Gumroad checkout. Purchased access is tied to license entitlements and may require active subscription status checks. Pricing and features may evolve with product updates.

4. License Verification

Desktop software access can be gated by periodic Gumroad license verification. Access may be restricted when a membership expires or is cancelled.

5. Intellectual Property

Platform design, branding, and code remain property of Voxify and its licensors unless stated otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided as-is. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
