Privacy is a primary design goal of Voxify. We do not sell user data, and we do not use customer voice data for profiling or marketing.

2. Audio and Transcription Data

Audio is processed only to generate transcription output and return the result. Voxify does not persist raw voice recordings or transcript bodies on this website by default.

3. License and Quota Data

We store only entitlement and usage data needed for licensing, such as quota consumption, plan type, seats, and renewal/lifetime status. This data is tied to license identifiers and device hashes for abuse prevention, not personal profiling.

4. Security Measures

Sensitive secrets are stored server-side, admin access is protected with authentication controls, and security headers are applied to website responses.

5. Billing Data

Payments are handled by Gumroad. Purchase and subscription records are managed by Gumroad and synchronized for licensing workflows.
